Postage is free on most items*

Items are dispatched the next business day. Most orders are dispatched from our studio in Orpington, Kent.

*Exceptions: Postage is £2.99 and take a little longer to process; clothing, cushions, beach towels and chopping boards. We use a print shop for these items.

Shipping is $4.99

Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Georgia, US.

Items are usually dispatched within 2-3 business day.

Our products are made to order and personalised, so we cannot accept returns unless:

  • The item is faulty
  • The item does not match your submitted order

Please note, if you add your own text, images, or customise any elements, the item cannot be returned.

Damaged in transit?

If the packaging is damaged on delivery, please take a photo before opening and email it immediately to hello@quirkablyyours.co.uk or use our chat service during UK business hours.
